Issue with Post Mass Additions program

Hi,

We are trying to interface CIP Costs from Projects to Fixed Assets and creating Assets in Fixed Assets.

We have sucessfully completed the following
1. PRC: Generate Asset Lines

2. Completed Journal Import

3. PRC: Interface Assets to Oracle Assets

Next we have to run Post Mass additions program.
But POST MASS ADDITION program has failed.

Post Mass adiitions program is erroring out with following reason:
