Year End Upate of Accrual balances

Can someone please tell the where to find, if any, year end process for accruals that will clear the

under hours: 

carry over from previous year & earned year to date

When an employee is terminated, it will clear the current b alance but the carry over & earned year to date remains.

If the employee is reinstated (rehired) those numbers will appear back on their balances.  Would appreciate if anyone could give me some feedback.
