need query or table names so I can extract advanced product catalog data

I need to extract available items in our Product category that are available in Online Salese thur I am searching for the table names or available query to sare,  that store the catalog > category > sub-category structure that is defined deined/updated in Item Manager > category sets list page.   Please see attached screen print.
