What does Closed, BLR/MLR/Backport incorrect mean??

I was tracking a bug someone else submitted, because I had the same issue.  I see now the bug has been closed with this as the status:  Closed, BLR/MLR/Backport incorrect
But I have no idea what that means...or what to do to get more info on whats up with this bug...

The bug in question is Bug 14479079 : ORA-20001 GATHERING STATS AFTER CPU JULY 2012 PATCH.


Any help in deciphering what this means??
