Need help implementing Distribution modules

We have decided to implement the Sales Order and Procurement modules in Distribution as we are already using Inventory Management.  Can anyone recommend someone that is

extremely knowledgable in both JDE Distribution modules implementation as well as Inventory and Requisition processes.  We are a non-profit organization and would like only one individual to come to our site and work with us.  Any information will be extremely appreciated.
