Any idea how to resolve the error "No instance is found for the inventory location attributes".

Hi,

   I shipped serial controlled IB trackable product using regular customer order. But some how it did not reflect in IB. IB does not show

SN. When I checked the IB errors, it tells me "No instance is found for the inventory location attributes".

I checked the metalink but it tells me to set up some profile. But I don't think that is the solution.

Could you please help me?

There are 3 transaction types in IB error screen for this SN.
