8791241 - Relink of module "WICDOL" & "ENCACN" failed - Linux x86

Rao says:Getting following error while applying 8791241 - Oracle Procurement Family 11.5.10 Rollup Patch 12 in development environment. I said to continue applying patch even though I received following errors and I was able to apply patch but want to resolve these before going to production:


1. Relink of module "ENCACN" failed. ( I said to ignore and continu applying patch but want to resolve this issue going to production)
2. Relink of module "WICDOL" failed.( I said to ignore and continu applying patch but want to resolve this issue going to production)
