Oracle Payments (Capture)

Can Oracle Payments accept a Payment authorization code coming from PaymentTech even though transaction did not originate in Oracle?  For example, we have a 3rd Party Order website bolted on to OM.  They already integrate with Paymentech (which is who our iPayment is set up with).  If they authorize in their system, can they feed that Auth Code to OM, and then to AR, and will it recognize it, and not "re-auth" or will it not because it does not have an order number in IBY from Oracle?
