How to set up default fiter for Covered Products

Hi Folks,

I am just unable to follow the statement mentioned by metalink note (Doc ID 784100.1). I am on R12.1.3

 For Covered Products, there is a default filter by customer account on the Name lov. But if user opens the covered product selection form, they can change the filter to be by Customer, Related Customer, Both or All

I am trying to restrict the LOV for the customer that i have a contract so that it doesn't populate all the instances for my customers in the name LOV for a usage line type under pricing/product tab.
