R12 Upgrade - unable to see New regime on transactions

Hi All,

We upgraded from 11i to 12.1.1.3. After upgrade i created tax with following steps,
1. Created New Regime with Legal entity Party Name and party type as First Party Legal Entity
2. Created new tax, tax status, juridiction, rate and rule and then i enable this tax.
3. Created new transaction and calculated tax but tax is not getting calculated.
4. On transaction level, new regime is not coming. LOV is displaying only upgraded old regime.
Kindy give some advice on this,
