Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is Item code base search possible at install base to get customer,item code,desc,serial number etc..

We have install base of 60 lacs product and need to know which item code shipped to which customer.
