Mutiple Appraisal Setting Approach
Dear All,
We have requirement for publish the PMP as mentioned below.
- Employee Objective setting period start from 01-Jan-XXXX to 28-Feb-XXXX
- We are using parallel method for the PMP
- Once both the parties accept the Objective setting manager should have facility to do interim review / Mid-year review / Final year review for the objective and the competency that was set during the beginning of the PMP.
- How to approach the multiple review in PMP?
I have attached the PMP setting details for your reference.
