can we change Person column in EBS define user form to a new value for existing user???

Hi Experts,


    One of our user's emp id in our organization has changed Recently. we have created EBS login to him in the past with the old emp id.

     Can we change the Person cloumn in Define user form to the new value for the existing user.

     Is there any impact if we change?


Please help me.
