Billing for a zero value terminated contract

I have a scenario where I create a contract today and the lines are for 0 value.

Now, I terminate the same contract today itself without suppressing the credits. After which I try to run the Main Billing program will the main billing program be procesing the records for this contract.

I mean whether its a 0 value also but will the main billing be interfacing the records to AR interface table.
