Volume Not Consistent on SPARC T4-2 RAID

Hi, I apologise if this is not the right community to post to

I have a couple of SPARC T4-2 servers with 2 x 600Gb HDD, trying to set up RAID1 with FCode but getting "Volume Not Consistent" message that wont go away.  I havent seen it on any examples so i assume it is not going to clear on it's own.  Here's an example of creating a 100Gb volume and then after and hour checking progress (noting the background init has finished).  Any ideas what's wrong or what will clear it?:

FCode Version 1.00.60, MPT Version 2.00, Firmware Version 9.00.00.00
