Hi,

While applying patch#13979375 getting the error:

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.


    Fixed: file jtfaoljdepen.zip on worker  1 for product jtf username JTF.
Restarted: file jtfaoljdepen.zip on worker  1 for product jtf username JTF.
   FAILED: file jtfaoljdepen.zip on worker  1 for product jtf username JTF.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file jtfaoljdepen.zip on worker  1.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.
