Budget approval workflow not happening

Hi,

In Project Costing Set up Option for Project Types I have enabled Project Status and Budget Status workflow. Also in Budget Types I have enabled the workflow check box. Afetr that I created 1 Project and defined budget for the same. While entering the budget the status was working then when I pressed the button submit the status is showing as In Progress. But nothing is happening after that. How to approve that budget? Notification is saying that "Financial plan approver not found "
