OPMN can not start OHS: Useless use of AllowOverride ...dads.conf

Hi All,

If we try to use opmnctl for start OHS, we get following warning and OHS-insatnce cannot start.

--> ohs/bin/apachectl startssl: execing httpd
...[warn] Useless use of AllowOverride in line ...fmw-11.1.1/asinst_1/config/OHS/ohs1/mod_plsql/dads.conf.

What is wrong?
