11i Reverse proxy enabled with SSO giving /oa_servlets/AppsLogin as HTTP-404

 Hello,
We have 10.1.4.3 OID/SSO clustered environment in non-distributed high availability environment and we have registered 11i instance and R12.1.3 instance with the same SSO/OID which is working fine. 

Now ,as a next step, we wanted to have reverse proxy enabled for both the environment 

So, first we enabled reverse proxy for one 11i instance 
Necessary changes have been done from 11i ebiz instance side in httpd.conf and  ssoreg.sh and ssocfg.sh have been run against 11i instance from SSO side.

But 11i SSO login page.. http://<servername>:8004/os_servlets/AppsLogin is turning out to be a blank page.   iHttp headers reveals below output,
