Security for data access

Hi,

I have created New Responsibilty of Payables SHJT. I have set Profile option MO: Operating, Ledger and security Profile but still showing data of all operating units. How can i secure to see only particular OU data on Payables SHJT responsibilty??? I need urgent solution.
