CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.cluster_interconnect.haip start" encountered the following error:

Hi,

 I have AIX machine two node Oracle Cluster 11.2.0.3 was installed in June 2012 with ASM infrastructure.

It was a clean install and all serveices was working fine as well as database was created and was in used.

Suddendly clusterware services stop working and I tried to diagnose the root cause but still in blank and unable to pin point what went wrong and why it's behaving like that.

Pleas find some details about the current status of cluster :

# ./crsctl stat res -init -t
