Can not running "show faulty" command on CLI ILOM 2.0

Hi Oracle Support
I have problem with collecting snapshot for 7410 Unified Storage. When I log into ILOM Web interface, click on Maintenance menu, choose the Collect Data and Run to download snapshot file but when finished the downloading, the snapshot file is corrupted and can not extract from zip snapshot file.Moreover, when I click on System Information menu, there isn't Fault Management tab here. Also, I connected to ILOM via Serial Management port and run CLI command to show the faulty but I have encountered the error message:
-> show faulty
show: No such target /SP/faultmgmt
-> cd /SP/faultmgmt
