No display of flex field Default values in self service pages

Dear Consultants,

Environment:

 

Module: Self Service HR

Version: 12.1.3

Requirement:

 

We have Self Service process configured using Extra Person Information (DFF). Busines requirement is to default all values in  segment level once user choose 1^st segment.

We are using ( :$FLEX$.) in our codes to default value in each segment.

 

Issue:

 

When we choose Segment 1,  Segment 2 & 3 are defaulted and we can save it in professional screen (Core HR Form).

However, when we are doing so in self service HR, it is defaulted in first page. Once you click on apply it disappear. So our entire solution is failed.

 

Please help if anybody has faced similar issue and resolved.
