Innovation Packs and the impact on Siebel's Lifetime support policy?

Hi,

With the introduction of Innovation Packs for Siebel and the idea of "Never upgrade again with Innovation Packs" what are Oracle's plans for Siebel's Lifetime Support policy?

Currently Siebel 8.1.x will be placed into Extended Support sometime around 2016/17 will this policy change going forward now with Innovation Packs?
