SLM:Profile access control functionality-Provided edit privelge but user is not able to Edit the UDA

HI

We have 4 different teams involved in the supplier evaluation process

1.Commercial Team
2.Technical Team
3.Quality Team
4.Final Approvers

For each of the above teams to put their Comments,i have created a UDA attribute page with different attribute groups.

AME is used,so that when supplier approval requests are progressed, it comes to each of the member in the above teams.

1.When commercial team member opens the supplier requests for approval,they should be able to see only Commercial Evaluation form.

2.For 2nd member ie technical approver we wanted to provide the commercial evaluation form in view only mode and provide entry option in Technical evaluation form.
