Ship to Location does not populates on its own for a customer on sales oder form while creating a sa

Ship to Location does not populates on its own for a customer on sales order form while creating a sales order . User gets a note later while entering the lines that Ship tp location field is empty.

The user says he wants that it should get populated on its own while creating the order as it normally happens for some other sales order.

How do i do that!

Can this be quickly responded , it will be a big help to me.
