Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

Can anyone let me know if there is a way we can use the customer item refence or item reference functionality in Depot Repair (Repair Order Details).

We have a requirement where, we should not use the regular item, instead we should use an item number which is well understood by the customers.

e.g.: If the actual item number is A1B2C3, customer understands as "Delta123". Is there a way I can acheive this functionality from Depot Repair?
