Patch:11655628 - R12.AP.B error: Failed to generate library.

VPC Team member opened this thread on behalf of the customer.

I received error that Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully for OEXOEFRM.pll, I looked at the work log and found error:
ERROR generating library "resource/OEXOEFRM.plx" from input file
 15825 /v01/vtst/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/resource/OEXOEFRM.pll
 15826
 15827 Results of library generation:
 15828 (from file /v01/vtst/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/resource/OEXOEFRM.err
 15829  AD Worker has deleted the original .err file)
 15830 -------------------------------------------------------------------------
 15831 Compilation errors on OE_ACTIONS_LIST:
 15832 PL/SQL ERROR 512 at line 26, column 39
 15833 Implementation Restriction: 'FND_API.G_MISS_NUM': Cannot directly access remote package variable or cursor
