error running custom menu - Another process has the database locked

Hi all,launching a custom menu which has no scripts, but a list of rulegroup, I got this error:

<E 2012Aug31 15:02:02.638> ERROR: Cannot processMenuEvent 1 - WorkbookException: Cannot obtain a write lock on database '/orpas_db/fase3/domain/buy/PVC2BY/ldom0/data/wpapprbby.db.lck', -1.
<E 2012Aug31 15:02:02.638>  Another process has the database locked.

It does not happens each time.

What does it means?

what can I do to prevent this error?
