Remit to Address by customer

I know that you can set up one remit to address that will default for all customers and you can set up remit to address by zip code zones or location but we have a request to set up a different remit to address for individual customers where we want them to send their payments to a home office po box and not to the lockbox.  I seem to remember being able to do this by doing something at the customer set up screens perhaps with a  dff?  Please advise if you have any thoughts.
