Masked Bank Account Number in Suplier Screens

Hi
i am wondering if someone has done some personalization or custom solution to the masking of the bank account numbers in AP Module. Our requirement is to Mask the numbers for some responsibilities but ability to view them completely in some.

Any suggestions would be very helpful
