5728446 : 11.5.9.2 : Q - Does Pre-req patch needs to be installed if corresponding module is not ins

This thread will address your following question -

While performing analysis for Patch 5728446
I see there are few Pre-req's and out of which there are 3 Pre-req's whose modules are not installed.

Patch Number Module Installation status:
=========== ======= =============
Patch 3211966 IEX Not Installed
Patch 3764203 IEC Not Installed
Patch 4474627 CSR Not Installed

So, is it required to apply Pre-Req's whose modules are not installed ?
