Unable to install/start Local Webclient

Hi All,

Two months ago i installaed IBM websphere 6.1 local web client on three FAT client machines and it was working fine but now only one of them is working. i am receiving error that "unable to start Local web server" so i uninstalled local web on one machine and installed IBM Websphere express 6.1 after that i am trying to run H4A61_setup.exe but it is not working nothing happend when i double click on it.

i also included web feature for path code and installed client package on fat machine and it was showing that package is install that web feature but there is no JAS folder available in E812 location.
