GetEmail is pulling duplicate emails
I have noticed the in my siebel callcenter application the GetEmail button (in Communication) is pulling duplicate emails. When the agents click on GetEmail button to pull emails from outlook they have noticed that they are able to pull the same email which has been already worked by someone, and they will come to know that this email is already worked when they are trying to reply the email. Any thoughts on this or why it is happening?
