CRSd crashes intermittently

Environment:

OS: HP-UX  B.11.31 U ia64

Database: Oracle Database 11gR2 Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production with 2 node RAC using ASM

Error:
    ORA-29702: error occurred in Cluster Group Service operation
    ERROR: error ORA-15032 caught in ASM I/O path
   ORA-15032: not all alterations performed
   ORA-29702: error occurred in Cluster Group Service operation
   ORA-29702: error occurred in Cluster Group Service operation
 

   At the time when i checking on;  when crsd.bin crash and reboot on its own

  oracle@dbsrvr1:/app/oracle/product/11g/db_1 $  crsctl check crs

   Cluster Synchronization Services appears healthy
   Cluster Ready Services appears healthy
   Event Manager appears healthy
