Patch :10127885::NLS:IBM AIX on POWER Systems (32-bit):12.1.3:failed to generate form APXINWKB

Hi,
When applying the NLS translations of Patch :10127885, form APXINWKB.fmb generated with following errors.

[[Note# APXINWKB.fmb form failed compile while applying translations of 10127885 with below errors (There is no issues with US patch)

Compilation error on package body INV_SUM_FOLDER_ITEM_MAIN2:
PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 250, column 9
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'CHECK_UNIQUE'
