Unblock Weblogic Administration Console port in grid control 11g

Hi everyone, 

I have just installed a grid control 11g on OEL 5 update 8 in a production environment.
By updating the iptables, I finally managed to open the grid control console which is using port 7799 from another server.

However when I tried accessing the Weblogic administration console, I can only access it locally within the server.
I have updated the iptables to allow port 7101, and tried turning off the iptables service but I still cannot access the weblogic administration console from another server.

If I do "telnet 127.0.0.1 7101" I can access, however, if I do "telnet <ip address> 7101" I get the following error:
