Design a form having history grid

Scenario:

A Purchase Order(PO) may have more than one 'Payment Request(PR)'.
For example OG-1000084 may have the following PRs
11223
11225
11227

Now if I want to add new PR for the same OG-1000084, I want the previous items to be shown in a 'history' grid.
I am not that much familiar with forms. So can you help me to choose a best form to fit my requirement.
First I designed everything in Fix/Inspect from. Then when it came to grid, I re-designed and created a Haeder Detail form.
Can I do it with a form other than Power Edit ?
