Non-Recoverable Tax not pulling through

Dear all,

We upgraded from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3.

When running the PRC: Interface Supplier Costs it is not pulling through the Non-Recoverable tax. On the EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period the following appears on the output:

Transaction Exception Details

Warnings            Invoicing Warnings

Exception Reason : Oracle projects has not processed the new line

Corrective Action : Please verify if the accounting for the invoices is complete and then rerun the PRC: Interface Supplier
                               Costs concurrent program

All invoices are accounted. All lines except the Non-Recoverable tax pulled through.
