After import purchase invoices with Payables Open Interface Import program, Recovery and Non Recover

Hi;

After import purchase invoices by using Payables Open Interface Import program,even tax classification code field is null,  Recovery and Non Recovery distibutions has been created with zero amount. Could you please help on this?

Customer don t want to see any tax line for imported purchase invoices.
