Need SQL * PLUS Version 8.1.7.4 or higher to run APLISTH standalone

Problem Description

I am trying to run APLISTH standalone version from ID 148388.1 The note remarks that "User must have 8.1.7.4 or higher sqlplus to run the script."


I am running a SQL*Plus: Release 8.0.6.0.0., which is an older version than required.


Additional DB information:

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production


Question: 

I need to install only sqlplus.exe v 8.1.7.4 or higher (no Oracle Client, which is already installed) on my Laptop, which is running a Win XP.


Where should I download the sqlplus.exe file ?
