Calculating Resources hours according to product actual quantity

 Hi , 
We are OPM organization .

We used to enter the resources actual hours manually in batch orders after being completed physically .

But we are facing some problems with some products (business issues ) so we can't calculate the Actual resources hours .

Is there any way to make the Application ( automatically ) calculate the standard hours according to product actual quantity based on the routing setup   ?
