Are there any plugins or connectors to HP Openview for OEM Operations Centre 12c

I have installed OEM Operations Center 12c to monitor OS and Blad Hardware.  I understand that there are some plugins for the Enterprise Manager to HP Openview.  I have only been able to find reference to 'connectors' in relation to OEM Cloud Control.  Do I have to install Cloud Control on top of the Operations Center to use the plugin/connector or can we just use the OC?
