Customer Form Error - Trigger Issue

Hi AR Gurus,

We are facing the below issue in customer HTML page in R12.

The following SQL error occurred: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error ORA-06512: at "APPS.HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_BRU", line 7 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_BRU'.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
