Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Cannot enroll into Flex Plan

Gurus,

Requirement:-

We are implementing Advanced benefits for our customer. The program type is Flex Program

Created a YY Flex Plan as a Plan Type.
Plan created is is Flex credit Shell plan.
Created a standard rate and attatched that to a compensation object at PLAN level. Calculation method is flat amount with some value,say = $100
Ran a New Hire Life Event to see th enrolment opportunities

Issue

When I ran the New Hire Life event , it was detected and processed successfully. Currently its in started state but I cannot find my Flex Credit Shell Plan in the Flex Enrollment window.
