ORA-19505: failed to identify file backup piece...the file is very much there on the server

Pls see the below issue.

1. RMAN Duplicate is failing with below error

2. All the backup pieces are available on disk.

3. Also gave 777 permission on them

4. list backuppiece command also shows all the files are available on disk.

Not sure why I'm still getting this error.
