Shrinking table

Hi,

I'm running on 11.2.0.2 database, recently I have a request to perform online re-org using alter table shrink space, I have few questions regarding the reorg using this method:

1) How do I estimate time needed to shrink the table segment?

2) How do I monitor the progress when the shrinking is running?
