Patch sync from 11i RUP6 to 12.1.4

Hi,

We are in process of upgrading our EBS system from 11i RUP6 to Release 12.1.4 and have following query on the same.

We have applied many fixes/patches on top of 11i RUP6 (11i.HR_PF.K.DELTA.6), now when we upgrade to R12, would these patches/fixes would be present in 12.1.4 release ?
