R12.1.1 driver we have notice EGOUAGDL.sql is running science 3 hrs

Hi,
We are doing R12 upgrade and currently running 12.1.1 driver we have notice EGOUAGDL.sql is running science 3 hrs.

In previous triel this took very minimum time 10 min it looks to be a performance  issue here. Please help to fix this.

Time is: Tue Sep 04 2012 02:50:04

Assigned: file EGOUAGDL.sql on worker  2 for product ego username EGO.


File version is $Header EGOUAGDL.sql 120.8
