Generate Accounts erros out with out any Concatenated Segments:

Hi,
I have customized the FA Account Generator in the following manner:

For Generate Category level accounts Process:
Balancing Segment: From Distribution CCID
Cost Center: From Distribution CCID
Natural Account: From Account CCID
Sub Account: Have created a new attribute 'XX Sub Account Segment'(Value: Sub Account) and getting the sub account from Account CCID (Segment:Constant: Value is Sub Account)
Other segments: All other segments from Distribution CCID.

I have set the required profile options and ran the Generate Account Program. Iam getting the following error for 405 records

Book: FA1 CORP
Request ID: 540956
APP-OFA-48208: entering has the value of if h_mesg_count > 1.
